FirstService Residential, North America’s largest residential property management company, recently welcomed three new members to its Texas regional executive leadership team bolstering the company’s efforts in business development, talent and organizational development and financial accounting.

In his role, Jaklitsch will be responsible for overall community association management growth and leading FirstService Residential’s San Antonio operations.

Chuck Fallon, CEO of FirstService Residential, recently announced executive leadership restructuring that will expand Dallas President, Cindy Huey’s, position. Effective Jan. 1, 2015,Cindy is taking over the leadership of the entire Texas region, including San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. “Cindy represents a breed of leader who effectively combines high growth, strong profitability, relentless focus on customer service delivery, and developing great talent,” Fallon said. “(She) is an ideal addition to the executive team and will surely continue to be a catalyst for our collective success,” said Fallon.

FirstService Residential has announced the establishment of FirstService Commercial, a new division that further expands its customized commercial association management offerings across Texas and the Western region. 

Association Management Serives (AMS) in San Antonio joins the FirstService family.
