FirstService Residential Awarded Management for South Pointe Master-Planned Community
FirstService Residential, the leading property and association management company in Texas, was recently selected to provide property management services for South Pointe, a developing 870-acre master-planned community in Mansfield, Texas.
South Pointe is a long-term project that will consist of multiple phases, each adding hundreds of homes ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 sq ft. The community will showcase on-site natural elements such as ponds, trails, and parks and offer residents access to an amenity center and a resort-style pool. Zoned for Mansfield ISD, the community will also host four future schools on-site, making this a perfect location for families.
