FirstService Residential Texas management partner, Hillwood Communities, was honored with 15 McSAM Awards during a ceremony hosted by the Dallas Builders Association on April 22nd at The Statler Hotel. As an award-winning master-planned residential and mixed-use developer based in Dallas, Hillwood Communities was selected as the Dallas-Fort Worth Developer of Year for the second consecutive year.

This topped the long list of additional achievements, including the developer's third consecutive year wins in the categories of Master-Planned Community of the Year, People’s Choice Community of the Year, Best Community Amenity, Lifestyle Director of the Year, and Lifestyle Program of the Year.

The annual Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards (presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin) named Dana Thomas "Lifestyle Director of the Year" for 2022, making it her second year in a row to receive this prestigious honor. We are so proud of Dana for the outstanding job she does at FirstService Residential Texas-managed Wolf Ranch by Hillwood Communities, enhancing the lifestyle of every resident who calls it home.

The Nationals is the National Association of Home Builders' largest and most prestigious awards competition, celebrating the best in the industry across North America.

Debbie Berry (The Royalton at River Oaks) has been named High-Rise Manager of the Year by CAI Greater Houston. Founded in 1973, the Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to building better communities. The mission of the CAI Greater Houston Chapter is to advocate the use of best practices, professionalism and integrity to promote responsible community associations and those who serve them. 

The Villages of Woodland Springs (VOWS) has won the Spirit of Fort Worth Award for 2022. One notable reason for VOWS' win was the fall festival, organized by resident volunteers. Collaborating with local businesses and schools, they found ways for all residents to participate. 

Fort Worth Chamber's Spirit of Fort Worth Award is given to associations that foster social revitalization, enhance cultural aspects of the neighborhood or just simply make residents feel welcomed and connected. See full list of winners here.

Hillwood Communities has multiple nominees for The Nationals awards of 2023, the National Association of Home Builders' most prestigious awards competition. The Nationals celebrates excellence in the industry, recognizing outstanding achievements. Nomination awards and nominees are:

Harvest by Hillwood, was honored with huge wins at the 43rd Annual McSAM Awards presented by the Dallas Builders Association in partnership with Hillwood Communities.
 
Harvest won 'Best Lifestyle Program for a Community' and 'Lifestyle Director of the Year,' recognizing the excellent leadership of Lifestyle Director Page Austin and Assistant Lifestyle Manager Hannah Oliver, as well as the much-touted Master Planned Community of the Year and the People's Choice Award. 

Wolf Ranch by Hillwood Communities brought home two Silver awards at The Nationals 2022, a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) annual ceremony! Director Dana Thomas was recognized in the Lifestyle Director of the Year category for the FirstService Residential-managed community.
 
Wolf Ranch, located in Georgetown, TX, also won a Silver award for Lifestyle Program for a Community. Each year, the NAHB honors Builders, Developers, and  Association Managment professionals who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements in a given year. 
 

Pecan Square by Hillwood Communities won big at The Nationals, a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) annual ceremony! The FirstService Residential-managed community won the Gold in Lifestyle Director of the Year category, for the excellent contributions of Director Candace Culver (pictured).   
 
Pecan Square, located in Northlake, TX, also won Silver awards for Lifestyle Program for a Community, and Best Community Welcome Center. CAI Austin Chapter has named Paloma Lake master community Community of the Year 2021. Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. The annual CAI Community Awards recognizes excellent performance by common interest of communities, their volunteer leaders, professional community managers, and those who serve them.

Pecan Square by Hillwood Communities won big at the prestigious 2021 McSAM Awards! We're proud to announce a total of six award wins for the FirstService Residential-managed community, including the much-touted Master Planned Community of the Year, Best Lifestyle Program of the Year, and Lifestyle Director of the Year for Candace Culver (pictured).

Each year, the Dallas Builders Association (DBA) honors Builders, Developers, and Associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements in a given year with the McSAM Awards. 
 

The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin annual MAX Awards has honored FirstService Residential-managed Wolf Ranch by Hillwood Communities with two huge wins!  Wolf Ranch won 'Best Lifestyle Program for a Community' as well as  'Lifestyle Director of the Year' recognizing the excellent leadership of associate Dana Thomas. FirstService Residential is proud of Dana and her work to make a difference by enhancing the lifestyle of Wolf Ranch's residents!

FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, was awarded Gold and Silver Awards by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) for Best Lifestyle Program. It's the second consecutive year Hillwood Communities has been recognized for excellence in Resident Lifestyle.

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced the Silver Award winners for sales and marketing for The Nationals 2021. FirstService Residential-managed Hillwood Communities qualified for seven Silver Awards, among them include: Lifestyle Program of the Year – Union Park, Lifestyle Program of the Year – Pomona and Lifestyle Director of the Year – Lori Evans at Pomona.

Lori Evans of Pomona was named 2020 Lifestyle Director of the Year. The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Houston’s Best PRISM Awards are an annual event designed to recognize excellence within Houston’s homebuilding industry and to support their efforts. 

Inspiration (Wylie, TX) has won 2020 Community of the Year from the Dallas McSAM awards. 
 

Dee Davidson of Union Park in Little Elm, TX, named 2020 Lifestyle Director of the Year by the prestigious McSAM Awards. 

2020 Lifestyle Director of the Year & 2020 Best Lifestyle Program for a Community were awarded to Page Austin, FirstService Residential, and her community, Harvest by Hillwood Communities (Argyle,TX) in the 2020 National Association of Home Builders Gold Awards!
