  • Amenity and elevator bookings
  • Key & Fob requests
  • Applications and information updates
  • Bylaw inquiries
  • Common area maintenance, and more

RSS enhances our communications and service to residents, while improving owners’ overall experience in resolving their matters. Owners submit their inquiry or service request through Zendesk, our resident-focussed online request tool that’s…..kinda Zen!
Zendesk helps us integrate advanced technology with our residents’ needs, ensuring a user-friendly, seamless experience sure to elevate your lifestyle. Inquiries are promptly received by RSS, and matters are resolved efficiently and timely.
