The Association

The board wanted to "go green" by encouraging customers to use LED lighting.
The Aventura at Addison Circle, a luxury condominium complex was seeking to replace high-wattage, metal halide lighting fixtures in their parking garage with energy-efficient lighting. 

 

The Solution

• Fort Worth's LED Lighting Group, LLC replaced 48 metal halide lighting fixtures.
• ​Each replaced fixture contained 175 watts, consuming a total of 8,400 watts.
• LED lighting is environmentally sustainable since there is no mercury content.
• The new installations helped Aventura qualify for energy producer rebates.

The Results

The light levels in the parking garage are significantly enhanced, improving visibility and security. Overall, the lights will save The Aventura at least 70% in energy usage, providing an impressive payback of investment in less than two years.
