For more than a decade, Stephanie has led our Compliance Department and maintains a robust internal education program to help our property managers and the compliance team stay on top of New York’s evolving regulations. This includes the tax abatement process for co-ops and condos, facade and gas pipeline inspections, maintenance and filing requirements for elevators and MEP components, and annual safety notices.
