FirstService Residential, New York’s leading residential property management company, announced the promotion of Calynne Oyolokor to senior vice president of its Multifamily Rental Division in New York City. In her new role, Oyolokor will be responsible for the continued growth of the division and apply her extensive operations, process improvement, financial, and people management experience to lead the division’s management and advisory teams.
 
Oyolokor has more than 15 years of expertise managing luxury residential properties, mixed-use developments, assets with affordable housing and income restricted components, and REITs in both asset management and property management. She has also led operational teams for new acquisitions working with both public and private investors in the U.S. and Europe for individual owners and third-party investment managers.

Over the past year, Calynne has worked with her team of property managers and the company’s heart of the house departments to streamline and improve internal processes and client services. She also oversees the Lease Administration and Onsite Leasing/Operations departments which service more than 12,000 rental units in the New York City region.
