Dale brings over 30 years of senior leadership and operations experience in the hospitality industry from companies including Delta & Marriott Hotels and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
In this role, Dyck is responsible for building and managing a high-performance team that delivers outstanding client service and continually enhances the value of each property FirstService Residential manages. Additionally, he negotiates for better partnerships with suppliers and other industry professional to deliver greater value to clients.
Dyck most recently worked for Vancouver based real estate developers Pinnacle International and Executive Hotels & Resorts. As Vice President of Hotel Operations for Executive Development Group, Dyck oversaw the management, acquisition and opening of a 17-hotel portfolio in Canada and the USA.
