Available to our Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, and Charleston area client residents, our Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) is designed for seasonal or vacation homes.

As your association’s trusted property management partner, let us take the worry out of common maintenance for your home. Whether you are a permanent or part-time resident, our program is tailored to meet your needs. From changing a light bulb or filters to HVAC and plumbing needs, we make maintenance of your home simple and carefree.

Each month, our experienced team of maintenance technicians will check your home and conduct a general preventive maintenance inspection. Services include storm preparedness, including response when hurricane or freeze conditions are present, and a check of the following systems: 

HVAC, electrical panel, water heater, faucets, toilets, drains and drain traps, and thermostat settings. The team will also check exterior door locks for functionality, look for evidence of leaks, and verify interior and exterior lighting functionality.
