Thanks for all your updates and help through all these storms. You are the best property manager that this community has had since we moved in. You really care about the residents of this community and this is a breath of fresh air for us. Dear Alicia and Jamie, There are experiences that just warrant formal documentation of appreciation and the process of Ann and I securing permission to remove these trees is one of them. This included the entire time frame from Jamie assisting me with the forms to the phone call form Alicia that the request was approved. The professional communication and instruction kept us on the right track. This was a new experience for us and not fully understanding the process, the patience that both of you demonstrated with my multiple phone calls was much appreciated. We were so impressed that there was a formal home visit and personal inspection to fully understand the scope of our request by Jamie and her supervisor. The fact that several board members also came out was indeed reassuring that every opportunity was being made to understand the scope of the request. Driving by the front of our home does not give the same understanding of the request that was for the back yard. We are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful community that cares about its residents. Alicia and Jamie, thank you so much for being such an asset to all of us.

I wanted to take the time to pass along a huge THANK YOU to you and the Board for the outstanding job you all have done with the snow removal during all of these unusually frequent and large snow storms we are having this year. The snow plow crews have done an excellent job clearing the streets and sidewalks of snow and ice. I see them working 'round the clock to make sure the passage ways are safe and passable each and every morning for those of us who must make it to work. I want to thank Joe S, in particular, for his tireless diligence in making sure the plows are working where they need to be at all hours of the day and night. The Board has done an over-the-top job of assuring the plowing needs of this community are done correctly and thoroughly. And, if anyone questions or doubts the thoroughness of this job, just take a drive through Cedar Hill. You can see the difference for yourself.....I won't even elaborate on it here. Again, a huge THANK YOU for a task much appreciated!! Please forward this on to the Board on my behalf.
