FirstService Residential to Manage Terrasanta Condominium Owners Association in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (May 14, 2018) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been awarded the management contract for Terrasanta Condominium Owners Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential will assume management responsibilities on June 1, 2018.
Terrasanta consists of 280 condominiums and is located at East Sahara Avenue and South Sloan Lane in Las Vegas. The community is located east of the Las Vegas Strip, near the Club at Sunrise golf course and Hollywood Regional Park.
