FirstService Residential to Manage Nevada Trails II Community Association in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (October 5, 2018) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been awarded the management contract for Nevada Trails II Community Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on October 1, 2018.
Consisting of 365 single-family homes, the Nevada Trails II community is located at Tenaya Way and Robindale Road, in the southwest area of Las Vegas, near the foothills of the Spring Mountain Range. The community features multiple greenbelt areas and is located close to local parks, schools and shopping.
