LAS VEGAS (December 4, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been selected to provide full-service management to Monticello at Providence Homeowners Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential will assume management responsibilities on January 1, 2020.

Monticello at Providence, a subdivision of Providence Master Association, consists of 190 single-family, 2-story homes. Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including a community pool and playground, as well as several parks and walking trails within the master-planned community.
