LAS VEGAS (December 4, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been selected to provide full-service management to Monticello at Providence Homeowners Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential will assume management responsibilities on January 1, 2020.

Monticello at Providence, a subdivision of Providence Master Association, consists of 190 single-family, 2-story homes. Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including a community pool and playground, as well as several parks and walking trails within the master-planned community.

The Monticello at Providence community is located on the west side of Schaumber, just south of Dorrell. The community features scenic views of the city and mountains, and it is close to a number of shopping centers and restaurants.
