LAS VEGAS (August 13, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been awarded the management contract of Belmonte-Delano Homeowners Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on September 1, 2019.  

Located in Summerlin West off of Alta Drive, the single-family home community consists of 210 homes. The gated community offers residents access to jogging paths, a playground and tennis courts.
