FFI offers comprehensive financial services exclusively to the affiliated firms of our parent company, FirstService Residential.  FirstService Residential manages 5,600 associations in North America, representing over 1.3 million homes and commercial properties, with a total square footage of approximately 1.5 billion square feet.  This sizable portfolio provides FFI with the opportunity to deliver added value to clients. FFI’s financial services are optional, but many associations choose them for the added value they provide.

Banking Programs

• Reserve Program – These programs provide above-average interest rates on reserve, capital improvement and escrow accounts

• Lockbox Program – Affordable and high-quality lockbox service programs provide seamless collections for monthly payments, with multiple payment options

• Cash Reserves Program – Specially designed for homeowners associations and condominiums, FFI’s Cash Reserves Program offers significantly higher earnings than money market or savings accounts, with immediate access to funds

• Lending Services for Associations – As an agent for our affiliates, FFI assists associations in fulfilling their financing requirements with flexibility and certainty, facilitating or assisting in loan placements in excess of $500 million

• Commercial Insurance Products
  FFI has been providing value-added services to our affiliated management companies across North America since 1997. FFI merged its residential and commercial property management expertise with FS Insurance Brokers, Inc., a full-service insurance brokerage company, to help clients manage the complex insurance purchase and loss mitigation processes. FS Insurance Brokers works with insurance carriers to increase the number of participants competing in a specific marketplace and/or create new products that meet its clients’ needs.

• Premium Financing
  FirstService Financial provides premium financing products for commercial insurance policies with competitive interest rates and terms.
