FirstService Residential Appoints Ferda Guvenc Vice President of Suburban Property Management
Elk Grove Village, Ill. (July 19, 2022) FirstService Residential is delighted to welcome Ferda Guvenc, the new Vice President of Suburban Property Management. Ferda is a seasoned management professional with over 15 years of Property Management experience in multiple markets in Illinois. With her background and experience with suburban communities and operations, Ferda oversees and supports a diverse team of Regional Directors and their on-site teams in the FirstService Residential suburban client group. Ferda also brings insight into new residential development, building construction, and community relations.
