Degnan has extensive experience in the community association and hospitality industries including community planning and budgeting, resort, country club and restaurant management. His focus is maintaining and further developing industry-leading operational and service standards. Additionally, he will provide leadership and oversight to FirstService Residential communities and associates in Maryland and Delaware.

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Wentworth Property Management, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
