Our company was founded more than 25 years ago as Wentworth Property Management, and over the years, we have grown to become one of the leading full-service residential property management organizations in Delaware.  Today, we offer a wide range of community management services, including physical, administrative, accounting and financial services, developer consulting and real estate leasing and brokerage services, as well as a host of additional value-added services tailored to our clients’ needs.  

In 1997, Wentworth became part of FirstService Residential, the largest property resident management organization in North America. This was an important milestone in the history of our company, enabling us to participate in numerous differentiating programs and industry-leading services that continue to deliver significant added value to our clients.

In June 2013, we experienced another major milestone when our parent company unified all of its management companies under the FirstService Residential brand.  At that time, Wentworth Property Management was renamed FirstService Residential Delaware, the name we proudly hold today.  The rebranding enhances the visibility of our affiliation with the FirstService Residential family and enables us to better leverage our organization’s shared resources, best practices and collective buying power – all major benefits for our clients.  In addition to gaining these world-class resources, we can continue to maintain our own local expertise, caring relationships and dedicated customer service – the qualities that helped us become Delaware’s residential property management leader.
