Fairfax, VA (December 21, 2023) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community management company, announced today that it won the Central Virginia Chapter of Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Chapter Award for 2023. This award goes to organizations who have made outstanding contributions to achieving the chapter’s goals.
