ResidentAlert -  Mass Communication Tool

With one phone call or email, your community manager can alert the entire community, or a specific group of residents, about meetings, notices, weather alerts, service shutdowns, community threats, or other important information, including emergency situations requiring immediate action. Emails can include attachments, eliminating postage costs.

Interactive Community Website

FirstService Residential Connect™ can deliver a user-friendly community website where residents can manage their account balances, pay assessments and download community association documents.  Your community manager and board members can use the site to post news, board meeting minutes, community calendars, capital projects, etc.

ConnectMobile (Violation/Work Order/Architectural/Inspections)

Many FirstService Residential Connect™ features are also available in a mobile application for iPhone called ConnectMobile. This app enables community managers and Board members to instantly create violations and work orders with photos during community tours.  Documents and photos can be tracked and archived, allowing Board members and your community manager to view the status of every work order and violation.  In addition, ConnectMobile can create, manage and track architectural modification requests and community inspections.
