Collegeville, PA (February 8, 2024) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community management company, started providing full-service property management services to three new communities in Suburban Pennsylvania, including Honeycroft Village, Regency at Yardley Homeowners Association, and Greenwood Acres Property Owners Association.

Regency at Yardley, also a 55 and better lifestyle community, is located in Yardley. It offers its homeowners resort-style amenities including a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, walking trails, a library, and a ballroom.
At Greenwood Acres, located in the heart of Poconos in Blakeslee, residents enjoy rustic surroundings with a private beach and Lake Sinca.
