FirstService Residential to Host 15th Annual Board of Directors’ Forum on September 6

KANSAS CITY, Mo., (Aug 24, 2017): FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in Kansas City, is hosting its 15th Annual Board of Directors’ Forum for condominium, townhome and homeowner association board members. The free event will take place Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 5 – 9 p.m. at Harrah’s Casino in North Kansas City. 

 

The Board of Directors’ Forum provides an opportunity for board members to learn how they can most effectively serve their community members and create a sound financial plan to ensure a sustainable future for their community. Attendees are invited to exchange ideas and share best practices with their peers, visit the vendor fair, hear from industry experts and choose from four breakout sessions including Board Member Basics and HOA Financials & Audits.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about HOA financials and audits, the importance of reserve studies, board member basics, and the Missouri Condominium Act.
