Landy F. Labadie joins FirstService Residential as Vice President, Community Solutions for the South Region.
Hollywood, Fla. (June 7, 2021) - Landy F. Labadie joins FirstService Residential as Vice President, Community Solutions for the South Region.
Labadie brings invaluable expertise to FirstService Residential, with a broad scope of leadership and global hospitality operations, along with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building high performing teams and scalability of processes.
Labadie’s areas of responsibility include FirstService Residential’s hospitality program, front desk and security services, technology solutions, food and beverage services, and vendor programs including value engineering. “In his new role, Labadie will focus on FirstService Residential’s customer service, hospitality programs and implementation of new solutions to bring value and the highest level of service to managed communities across the South region”, added president for the South region, David Diestel.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Labadie served as Senior Vice President for Club Quarters Hotels, Empowered Hotel Management & Masterworks Development, which manages hotels in the US & UK, including boutique, lifestyle, luxury, and independent hotels, as well as their proprietary brand, Club Quarters (CQ Hotels). Labadie’s experience in all facets of operations, real estate, and lifestyle spaces fueled lead roles in business development, strategic partnerships, and defining and driving brand standards at a global level.
His passion for hospitality and travel led Labadie to collaborate with some of the world’s premier brands, organizations, and industry leaders, fine tuning his skills and hospitality acumen. During his 25+ years in the hospitality business, Labadie held key executive roles for Two Roads Hospitality, Destination Hotels, Compass Group, Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality, KOR Hotel Group and Noble House Hotels, among others specializing in scalability, asset management, operations, and food and beverage.

Labadie lives in Miami, Florida with his wife and their 3 children.
