Del Webb eTown Debuts State-Of-The-Art Clubhouse
Private community hosts gala for grand opening of The Gallery
Jacksonville, Fla. - Del Webb eTown, a private, 55-and-better, gated community, hosted a gala on January 29 to celebrate the grand opening of The Gallery, a new, two-story, 10,000 square foot private clubhouse and amenity center for residents, featuring a state-of-the-art 3,000 square foot fitness center, tavern and ballroom.
Centrally located in Jacksonville next to upscale dining, shopping and entertainment, Del Webb eTown is a master-planned community featuring single-family homes for adults with active lifestyles. Held in The Gallery, the grand opening gala featured a Great Gatsby-inspired theme with silver, black and gold colored décor. Residents and guests celebrated with champagne and dined while enjoying a live 1920s-style swing band, a magician-comedian and flapper dancers.
“As the region’s Community Solutions team, we’re excited to partner with the Del Webb eTown board to plan this great celebration and to showcase the clubhouse and amenities the community offers,” said Sy Windell, director of food and beverage for FirstService Residential. “We look forward to delivering additional amenities and activities to residents, including fitness classes, bingo, trivia and other games.”
Amenities for The Gallery include bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts, a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue pavilion, two-sided fireplace, gas fire pit and grills, catering kitchen, arts and crafts room, walking trails and fitness center featuring Technogym equipment, changing rooms and a shower.
