Michael serves as the Executive Vice President of the Northern California region, including Sacramento, Bay Area, and San Francisco. As the EVP, he oversees a mix of HOA, lifestyle, active adult, master-planned, and condominium associations. He is also responsible for the continued growth and development of the Northern California region and its team. Michael's extensive career spans 3 decades of leadership experience including a background in the landscape maintenance and construction industries. As EVP, he is focused on effectively combining outstanding customer service, team development, and leadership to help foster FirstService Residential’s Mission and Core Values.
