FirstService Residential Announces Sara Jue as Vice President of New Active Adult Communities Division in Northern California

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (June, 2022) --- FirstService Residential, North America's leading community management company, announces Sara Jue as vice president of community management, for its new Active Adult Communities Division in Northern California. Active adult communities, also known as 55+ and age restricted, feature diverse amenities and lifestyle programming requiring specialized expertise and experience.

During her time at FirstService Residential, Sara has served in many roles, including Team Leader, Client Transition Coordinator, and Regional Director. In her most recent position, Sara served as an on-site General Manager for Glenbrooke, an active adult community in Elk Grove. In each role, Sara has proven track record in attracting, training, and retaining top talent and delivering award-winning service as measured by customer service metrics and feedback.

As Vice President of Community Management, Sara will be responsible for creating additional value and leadership support for Active Adult Communities in Northern California. She will play a large role in leading Northern California’s Active Adult Communities’ business operations, driving associate growth & development, associate & client retention, business development, strategic projects, operational compliance, and a strong customer service culture.
