Kristie Rose, PCAM®, CCAM®, Honored with the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Community Associations Institute, Inland Empire Chapter
California's leading homeowner association management company, FirstService Residential, announced today that one of its associates has been honored with the prestigious Volunteer of the Year Award from the Community Associations Institute. Kristie Rose, PCAM®, CCAM®, FirstService Residential Vice President, Community Management for the Inland Empire received the award from the Community Associations Institute on December 12, 2014.

Rose has contributed as a volunteer for more than three years to organizations such Ronald McDonald House Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, United Way and has coordinated the Adopt-A-Family Program for the Inland Empire region on behalf of FirstService Residential. As a manager, she is responsible for supervising current association community management clients, as well as coordinating and managing new contracts, maintaining client relations and spearheading continued growth throughout the Inland Empire region. In addition, she plays an integral role in the recruitment and hiring of staff members.
Kristie brings over ten years of community management experience with portfolio and master-planned communities. She is an active member in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI), participating as an elected CAI Inland Empire Board member for the last five years and is a member of the California Association of Community Managers.
CAI is a major national membership organization, with more than 30,000 members and dozens of chapters with members including community association board members and other interested homeowners, professional managers, management companies, builders and developers, and businesses that provide products and services to community associations.
