FirstService Residential Adds Vistoso Community Association to Southern Arizona Management Portfolio
TUCSON, Ariz. (April 16, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company, was chosen to provide management services for Vistoso Community Association located in Oro Valley, Arizona.
Vistoso consists of 5,743 single-family homes located in the Catalina Foothills just 20 miles north of downtown Tucson and two miles west of Catalina State Park. The master-planned community has multiple nature paths that traverse the community and major thoroughfares and include bikeways. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on February 1, 2019.

Honey Bee Canyon Park is 60 acres and offers hiking and picnicking. Vistoso is also located near the Oro Valley Recreation and Community Center, which offers golf and racquet memberships. There are three golf courses located at Vistoso and five more within proximity to the community.
