Shane Gillaspie, CMCA, AMS
As President of FirstService Residential Arizona, Shane Gillaspie oversees all aspects of daily operations of the organization throughout the State of Arizona. His oversight and leadership spans four office locations, 350 associates, and over 150 community associations consisting of 90,000 homes.
Shane is responsible for driving collaboration between all business units with a focus on delivering the highest level of service to our clients, attracting and retaining top talent, profitable company growth, and long-term success.
Shane has been with FirstService Residential since 2017 overseeing its Northern California operations as executive vice president. Under his leadership, the growth metrics in northern California were the highest in the west region, which was comprised of Arizona, California, and Nevada during that time span. His proven track record led him to his current role.
Andi Helms
In her role as Vice President of the North Region, Andi oversees a talented team of regional directors, community managers, and support staff, serving multiple communities across the region. Her proactive leadership style, combined with a focus on premier service and enhancing resident lifestyles, is instrumental in guiding the region to continued success.
With over a decade of experience at FirstService Residential, Andi brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. Having previously served as Vice President in Sacramento, California, Andi’s transition to Arizona is marked by her proven ability to lead teams, foster community success, and deliver outstanding results.
Andi's journey with FirstService Residential began over 10 years ago, when she started as a front desk supervisor at a large, master-planned community. Her consistent growth through various leadership roles is a testament to her passion for the industry and her commitment to driving positive change.
Kristina Allen
As Vice President, Kristina has operational oversight of the Tucson office and the market it serves. She leads a dedicated team of regional directors, managers, and support staff that services communities throughout Southern Arizona. She is responsible for meeting operational goals and ensuring that exceptional service and solutions are consistently delivered to the communities we manage.
Kristina began her career in association management in 2007. During her tenure, she held various positions, including general manager of large-scale communities.
Frank Durso
Frank relocated to Arizona in 2017 from Long Island, New York. He brought with him years of operational experience of residential high-rises in New York City. His expertise includes concierge services, hospitality management, and resort-style amenities.
Joining FirstService Residential in July 2019, Frank served as General Manager of Portland on the Park, an upscale high-rise community in downtown Phoenix. He was subsequently promoted to the Regional Director of the High-Rise Division in 2022 and then to Vice President of the Southeast Region in 2024. His experience, drive, and track record of success propelled him into his current position.
Frank ensures that communities under his purview are professionally managed, maintained, and operated according to the objectives of the Board of Directors and the requirements of the community. He is regarded for maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
In his free time, Frank enjoys playing and watching baseball, football, and basketball as well as mountain biking and hiking. He likes to start each day with an early morning walk with his dog to catch the beautiful Arizona sunrises.
Meghann Hill
Prior to joining our team, Meghann served as the Deputy Executive Director and Director of Community Services for DC Ranch Association, where she oversaw daily operations for one of Scottsdale's premier master-planned communities. Her leadership and expertise in contract negotiation, budget management, and process improvement contributed to significant achievements, including the National Firewise USA Certification and the Healthy Forest Initiative Grant. Meghann has also managed large-scale communities such as Terravita Community Association and Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons, where she successfully led capital improvement projects and fostered strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Meghann is passionate about community engagement and operational excellence, and serves as a valuable member of our executive leadership team.
