FirstService Residential, formerly known in Tennessee as Community One Associates, has recently entered into a management partnership with Rarity Bay, an active lifestyle, master-planned community in East Tennessee.

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Community One Associates, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.

FirstService Residential has been chosen to provide property management services for Castleberry Point Lofts, a four-story, 117 unit residential/mixed-use condominium community located at 333 Nelson Street, SW.

FirstService Residential, has been chosen to provide property management services for Eclipse, a 21-story, 358-unit residential/mixed-use high-rise condominium community located at 250 Pharr Road in Atlanta, Georgia.

Under the agreement, which began December 1, FirstService Residential will provide a full complement of services for Viridian, an award-winning residential development. Viridian is located in the heart of Nashville’s thriving business and entertainment district, a short walking distance to performing and visual arts venues, sports, dining and nightlife. Viridian, the city’s premier residential tower, is the creation of Novare Group and Giarratana Development.
