FirstService Residential Promotes Gina Donovan to Executive Director, Philadelphia High Rise Operations
Philadelphia, PA, April, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in Pennsylvania, announces Gina Donovan has been promoted to Executive Director, High Rise Division. In this role, her focus will be to provide leadership and operational oversight to FirstService Residential associates and high rise communities in Philadelphia.
Donovan has been with FirstService Residential for over a decade holding several management positions. She was recently promoted to Regional Director in July 2013 where she led a team of community management professionals serving Philadelphia high rise communities.
Donovan has extensive experience in condominium association management overseeing several multi-million dollar capital improvement projects including facade restoration, roof and drainage replacement. She has also successfully navigated difficult challenges particularly when a fire tragically destroyed eight homes in a community she managed. She provided professional guidance for the $1.5 million restoration efforts as well as emotional support and assistance to the affected residents. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute and pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager accreditation.
