Keith Marine Joins FirstService Residential’s North Carolina Business Development Team
Raleigh, NC (October 17, 2024) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community management company, hired Keith Marine as the company’s Business Development Director for the Raleigh, NC market. As an accomplished sales professional, Marine brings his years of property management experience developing new business, building client relationships, and managing communities to the organization.

Marine is active in Community Associations Institute (CAI) and serves on the North Carolina Legislative Action Committee. He reports directly to David Calloway, vice president of sales.
