Reserve Study Seminar

As the industry leader, FirstService Residential continues to set the standards for professionalism by providing information, best practice sharing and exceptional service and support for its Board Members and residents.  On Thursday, August 7^th, FirstService Residential hosted a Reserve Study seminar for community association Board Members.  Jacque Skruch from Reserve Advisors presented the basics of Reserve Studies.  Attendees learned what is a Reserve Study, its benefits, the different types of Reserve Studies, how an Association uses a Reserve Study, and how new legislation will affect Reserve Studies.
