FirstService Residential California Raises Over $27k in the Month of April for United Way, Total Donations Now Top $1.3M
IRVINE, Cali. --- FirstService Residential California raised $27,850 for United Way in the Month of April bringing total donations over several decades to $1.3 million. The organization had a goal of raising $20,000, and the final donation exceeded this by $7,850.
The mission of United Way is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good. As one of the world's largest privately funded charities, they serve 95% of U.S. communities and 37 countries and territories, touching 48 million people every year. Through United Way, communities tackle challenges through private, public, and nonprofit partners to boost education, economic mobility, and health resources.
FirstService Residential, North America’s leading HOA management company, accumulated its donation through the generosity of its California associates who had the option to give a single donation or could opt for an automatic payroll deduction of their chosen amount.
