The Club at Westpark Community Association in Roseville Now Managed by FirstService Residential
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (June 15, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading association management company, was awarded the management contract for The Club at Westpark Community Association in Roseville, California. FirstService Residential began managing the 55+ active adult community on June 1, 2021.
The Club at Westpark Community Association consists of 704 single-family homes that range from 1,645 to 2,815 square feet with attached garages. The association offers nine different floor plans with some homes featuring libraries, breakfast nooks, back porches and extra storage space in the garage. The community is located two hours from Lake Tahoe, the Bay Area and Napa Valley.
