FirstService Residential to Manage Four Seasons Owners Association in El Dorado Hills
EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. (April 6, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract for Four Seasons Owners Association in El Dorado Hills, California. Four Seasons Owners Association will be added to FirstService Residential’s existing partnerships with Four Seasons communities in California, including Four Seasons at Palm Springs, Four Seasons at Beaumont, Four Seasons at Westshore and Four Seasons at Hemet. FirstService Residential will start managing the 460-unit active adult community in El Dorado Hills on May 1, 2021.
Four Seasons Owners Association is a 55+ active adult community built by K. Hovnanian. The community was built in 2004 and features single-family homes that range from 1,389 to 3,245 square feet. The neighborhood is located near Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and El Dorado Hills Town Center, and it is 30 minutes away from Sacramento.
