WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (June 9, 2020) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract for Casa Palmero Homeowners Association in West Hollywood, California. FirstService Residential started managing the 209-unit condominium community in April 2020.
Built in 1974, Casa Palmero is a 4-story condominium located in the heart of Hollywood Hills and Hollywood Boulevard. Featuring a modern design, the building has four secured access entrances surrounded by a palm tree-lined drive.
