Dawne Driver Promoted to Vice President of Client Accounting, FirstService Residential California

community management company, announced that Dawne Driver has been promoted to Vice President of Client Accounting, Revenue Operations in California.
As Vice President of Client Accounting, Revenue Operations in California, Driver will be responsible for the client accounting, accounts receivable and payable teams, while ensuring a segregation of duties. She will also oversee the execution of association financials, budgets and financial reporting.

Driver has been with FirstService Residential since 2010 where she started as the Assessment Management Services (AMS) Manager overseeing collection processing, ensuring compliance for each association’s collection policy and CA Civil Code. In 2016, she was promoted to Director of Client Accounts Receivable, and under her 12 years of leadership, FirstService Residential California’s Accounts Receivable department has grown substantially. In addition, she has been an integral part of consolidating our Shared Services Department, stewarding Builder Services and Banking all while continuing ownership for Resales, AR Takeover and Budgeting.
